The rules for using OnceTool

OnceTool provides a collection of Chrome extensions (e.g. YT Peek Like) that let you hover any YouTube thumbnail to see real numbers: like counts, top comments, subscriber counts. Data comes from YouTube's official Data API v3 — not from scraping.

The service has two usage modes: a daily free quota plus paid credits. Free quota resets at UTC midnight; credits are a one-time purchase and never expire.

OnceTool authenticates via OnceAccount (family single sign-on). You can also choose to purchase anonymously — we will email a license key to the address you provide, and that key is your proof of purchase.

Risks of anonymous license use: anyone who obtains the key can spend your credits; if you lose the email, you lose your credits — we cannot resend it. Keep the license key safe.

When using OnceTool, you may not:

• Use automated scripts or bots to trigger hovers at scale
• Try to circumvent the free quota or rate limits
• Resell credits to third parties
• Reverse-engineer the extension for unauthorized purposes
• Use OnceTool to violate YouTube's Terms of Service (e.g. automated content scraping)
• Create multiple accounts under the same identity to exploit free quota

Violating any of the above gives us the right to suspend or terminate your account, with no refund.

• Credits are a one-time purchase and never expire.
• Free quota (resets daily) and paid credits are counted separately — the system always consumes free quota first, then credits.
• All payments are processed by PayPal; we do not directly handle credit card data.
• Once credits are redeemed into an account, they are non-transferable and cannot be returned to the original license key.

Within 14 days of purchase, unused credits are fully refundable. Refund process:

1. Email [email protected] with your order ID and refund reason
2. Once we confirm your credits are unused, we refund via PayPal within 3 business days back to your original payment method

For partially used credits we refund pro-rata. Purchases over 14 days old are not refundable unless we caused a service failure.

OnceTool is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• That every YouTube video has a like count we can fetch (video owners can hide it)
• That every query succeeds (YouTube API can be briefly unavailable)
• Uninterrupted operation forever

We work hard to maintain high uptime but accept no liability for losses caused by service interruption.

The OnceTool extension code, backend services, brand, and design are our property. You are granted a license to use the service, not ownership of it. You may use it for yourself; you may not redistribute, modify, or resell it.

OnceTool integrates with third parties including YouTube Data API, OnceAccount, PayPal, and Mailgun. Using OnceTool means you also accept their terms:

• YouTube API use: YouTube API Services Terms
• Google privacy: Google Privacy Policy
• PayPal terms per their site

You may delete your OnceTool account at any time (via OnceAccount settings or by emailing us). We may also terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

After termination: unused credits within the 14-day window are refundable; data is deleted per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

If these Terms change, we update the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes (affecting your rights) will be emailed to you. Continued use of OnceTool means you accept the updated Terms.
